COPING WITH GRIEF

The loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a family or individual will ever have to face.  A funeral director is an accredited professional who can help people make decisions and guide them through an extremely challenging time.  More importantly though, a funeral director can be a friend, a neighbour, a lending hand or even just a good listener.

Unlike many of the funeral homes in the greater Toronto area, none of our professionals make any commission and we do not have any sales quotas to meet.  What is important to each member of our staff is building relationships and serving our community.  We think of ourselves not just as professionals, but as sincere friends.  As friends, we understand that often the most challenging and lonely time can be after all the funeral services are over.  That is why we provide grief booklets, available at our funeral home.  The information contained in these booklets may provide some solace to you and your family during this difficult time.  Also, because we are more than just funeral professionals, we would always welcome you or your family to visit us to share memories or stories over coffee.  We would like to think of the families we serve as our friends, not numbers or clients.
